We currently run projects on the PacBio Revio.\u00a0<\/h3><p style=\"text-align: left;\">PacBio produces high-fidelity (Hi-Fi) reads using single-molecule, real-time, sequencing technology. This offers a powerful approach to<em> de novo <\/em>genome assembly using long-reads with excellent consensus accuracy and uniform coverage.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">The new SPRQ chemistry has improved data output while decreasing DNA input requirements, enabling improvement across a wide range of applications. At NU-OMICS, we will perform <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacb.com\/products-and-services\/consumables\/\">any available services from PacBio<\/a>. Take a look at our most common applications below.
