Oxford Nanopore
NU-OMICS portfolio of instruments includes a GridION, with the potential to run 5x MinION flowcells independently or in parallel. The facility also has a PromethION P2 SOLO, 4 MinIONs, and can run Flongle flow cells.
The GridION was heavily used in the early part of the SARS-CoV-2 Pandemic period running 48 genomes per flow cell.
